Mission
Statement
The S&E Foundation was established in
Year 2000 as a non-profit organization to promote global
collaboration in scientific research and development of
perspective technologies in the new Millennium. Our
Foundation will provide assistance in establishing
business contacts with high-tech companies overseas and
support import-export relationships.
