Development Company is owned by Richard L. Bischoff, a business
and civic leader in the Greater Houston area who possesses more
than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and real estate
developer.
Having
owned and operated numerous companies ranging from fence
construction to government contracting, Mr. Bischoff has focused
for the past 15 years in the golf and development business as
owner of BSL Golf Corp and BSL Development Company.
He has developed numerous golf and residential communities
as a real estate developer. Some
